The global economic decline results in the decrease of sales of motorbikes, the CRM revenue contributor of CardPlus. However, CardPlus is still active in doing loyalty programs such as a buy 1 get 1 Jungleland ticket, a 50% discount in Club Pesona Wisata, AHM Oil, Kyochon and a program called Nonton Hemat or ToMat in Blitzmegaplex. This caused the sales to reach 12 billion rupiahs, although it was 4% below the previous year’s sales. The increase of cost, from human resources fee to operations fee, has burdened the bottom line that was closed at 827 million rupiahs.
